Position Summary: RLC, LLC is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Broussard location. This role serves as a key support function for the Senior Management Team and various departments, while also acting as the first point of contact for visitors and communications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Education and/or Experience: High School graduate or equivalent; additional proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or other relevant position preferred.
Mathematical Skill: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
- Manage and respond to emails as appropriate
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls
- Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports and documents
- Develop and maintain filing systems (electronic and paper)
- Manage requests and inquiries from senior management
- Coordinate office procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
